Huntsham Court Wedding Photography – Christmas feels like such a long time ago now so reminiscing on Catherine and James’s December wedding has been a real treat for me today. Catherine and James invited me down to Devon the day before their wedding on the 27th of December to get stuck into their wedding celebrations by taking part in a pre wedding, murder mystery evening along with their guests (which was AMAZING!). Huntsham Court set the scene and as they had hired the whole house for a full two days we had a free rein for the photography and made ourselves at home.
Catherine contacted me way before she ever even met James to say that, should she ever plan a wedding, she had already ‘ear marked’ me as her wedding photographer so you can imagine how pleased I was when, fast forward a few years, Catherine got in touch with me to say she had got engaged! We started off their photography journey with a Pre Wedding Session local to their home around Gipsy Hill. This warmed them up so they were well versed in what to expect on their wedding day. They are such naturals in front of the camera and certainly know how to wear a smile. They beamed all day long on their wedding day which made for easy shooting for me. They are two of the nicest people I know and they made me feel so welcome on their wedding day. It felt like I was photographing two of my friends.
