Combermere Abbey Wedding Photography – Jenny & James
Combemere Abbey is still up there as one of my favourite ever wedding venues and having the chance to shoot there again for Jenny and James’s wedding was pretty amazing. Classy and elegant, this couple had organised a real spectacle-of-a-wedding! Jenny looked absolutely stunning in her sophisticated Charlie Brear gown and completed the look with Jenny Packham wedding accessories (which were to die for!) The lyrics from “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” by the Beach Boys was one of their wedding readings, Jenny’s mum made the cake, family chipped in with hanging all the pompom details and they had a DIY photobooth – this wedding was so personal to Jenny and James and no stone had been left unturned. Giggling their way through their ‘bride and groom portraits’, I think you’ll agree that this gorgeous bride and groom are 100% made for each other. Their wedding day was brimming over with so many amazing moments but I have to give a special shout-out to their speeches – these were some of my favourites and there were ‘laugh out loud’ moments everywhere I turned. Here’s just a teeny tiny snippet of what went down …
Another special mention to Matt and Alex from York Place Studios. If you want some brilliant videographers to document your wedding day then I can’t recommend them enough.
