The Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May brought with it a wedding marathon with three of my lovely couples planning on tying the knot. Amy and Chris are two of my closest friends and so I was extra delighted when they asked me to not only be a guest at their wedding but also if I would photograph their special day (of course I bit their hands off!). There were so many amazing elements to this wedding that it’s hard to know where to begin; they really did have everything covered. We danced our way through the morning celebrations with Amy’s Vanity Hair ‘entourage’, giggled our way through the ceremony, listened to a bit of sax during the drinks reception, did some holding hands, excitably through confetti, stood on chairs, did a wedding breakfast conga, clapped and cheered the speeches and swayed through the first dance … and I reckon I’ve probably missed things off there too!! Thanks so much for putting on a super splendid day Amy and Chris and an extra special thanks for asking me to be your photographer … I hope you love this sneaky peek as much as I do!
I love the detail shots you got. What a fun couple!
Super gorgeous couple. Love the shots on the dance floor. Even though the couple is surrounded by people, there is still a sweet sense of intimacy. Amazing.
This looks like such a fun day! I love her hair!! So pretty.
I love the dance floor shots!
Those candid shots are awesome!
The couple is gorgeous, you truly made something special of their day with the amazing ways you caught every moment. The embrace in the forest is so lovely.
such a fun looking wedding, and creatively captured of course! Hope you managed to have a glass of wine and party too!
